Registration fee: The conference registration fee is 600 US$ ( 535 Euros). This fee covers full participation in the three-day conference, including all its activities and including lunches, coffee breaks, conference materials and all publications.
Early Birds Discount: Registration made before 31 July 2019, gives you a special discount of 150$ and your registration fee will be then only 450 us$. Don’t miss the opportunity, register now.
Students: Students from recognized academic institutions are entitled to reduced registration fee of 500 $ (446 EUR). If you are a student requesting this discount, please indicate it in your registration form, and send us an official confirmation of your student status from your university.
Cancellation policy: There is no cancellation fee for any cancellation made until 20 days prior to the conference opening. So you can register now, and if something happens later and you wish to cancel – you can do it and all your money will be reimbursed. Only for cancellation less than 20 days prior to the conference opening, a symbolic cancellation fee of 100 $ will be charged. (Cancellation in the last three days prior to the conference opening will result in a 250$ cancellation fee).
Tours: For those wishing to see more during their stay in Israel, we offer a one day tour to the Dead Sea and Masada (a day before the conference, on Sunday 1st December 2019, or after the conference on Thursday 5th December 2019) The price for the tour: 120$ . You can register for the day tour on the conference registration form. Other special tours are available too, if interested – ask for then at our registration office.
Hotels / Accommodation: We have reserved rooms in 3 diferent hotels with diferent levels. All those 3 hotels are located in a walking disctane from the Hebrew University Campus of Giveat Ram, where the conference will be held. If you are interested – you can reserve your room by our registration form for a discount price. The hotels are: Hotel Ramada : 4 Stars hotel . Price: 150 $ per single room BB . * Royal Wing Hotel: 3 stars hotel. Price: 100$ per single room BB * Jerusalem Gate: 2-3 stars hotel : Price 110$ per room single .
Passport and visa: Please check and verify that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after the conference dates.
Citizens of many countries do not need an entrance visa to Israel or they get it automatically on their arrival at Tel Aviv Airport. Those who need a visa can apply for it at the nearest Israeli consulate in their country. Within three working days, you will receive a confirmation from our office. ( If you have not heard from us after three working days – please send us an email).
