The conference will be held at the Ramada Hotel, Jerusalem. ( Ruppin Bridge at Herzel Blvd, Jerusalem. Near the Hebrew university of Givat Ram, the Government buildings, the Israeli parliament and the Israel Museum.)
Registration fee: The conference registration fee is 600 US$ ( 535 Euros). This fee covers full participation in the three-day conference, including all its activities and including lunches, coffee breaks, conference materials and all publications.
Students: Students from recognized academic institutions are entitled to reduced registration fee of 500 $ (446 EUR). If you are a student requesting this discount, please indicate it in your registration form, and send us an official confirmation of your student status from your university.
Cancellation policy: There is no cancellation fee for any cancellation made until 20 days prior to the conference opening. So you can register now, and if something happens later and you wish to cancel – you can do it and all your money will be reimbursed. Only for cancellation less than 20 days prior to the conference opening, a symbolic cancellation fee of 100 $ will be charged. (Cancellation in the last three days prior to the conference opening will result in a 250$ cancellation fee).
Tours: For those wishing to see more during their stay in Israel, we offer a one day tour to the Dead Sea and Masada (a day before the conference, on Sunday 1st December 2019, or after the conference on Thursday 5th December 2019) The price for the tour: 140$ . You can register for the day tour on the conference registration form. Other special tours are available too, if interested – ask for then at our registration office.
Hotels / Accommodation: We offer a special Conference + Hotel package in the conference venue hotel (Ramada): 3 hotel nights + full conference registration fee for only $ 1,050 . If you’ll need more nights (before or after the conference) you’ll get them for only 150 $ each .
Another deal is offered in the ROYAL wing (part of the Ramada Hotel): 3 nights for only $ 300. The conference full package including 3 days hotel accommodation + registration fee (in the Royal wing) is only $ 900

Passport and visa: Please check and verify that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after the conference dates.
Citizens of many countries do not need an entrance visa to Israel or they get it automatically on their arrival at Tel Aviv Airport. Those who need a visa can apply for it at the nearest Israeli consulate in their country.
